Question

Outlining solid shapes

Hello everyone,

In PS I was wondering, when I highlight a few folders I noticed that the image is highlighted in blue lines, I was wondering if this does happen can I actually change those blue lines into an outline drawing? I've done a drawing one time, all with solid shapes but then decided to create it all in a outline so that if I decided to put it on t-shirts that the outlines will show up on any color shirt, but this task took a very very long time.

I posted a screen shot of the blue outlines when I highlight a few folders. I guess what I'm trying to say is that is there a way to make those lines actual outlines?

Hi, are those custom shapes?

Could you post a full interface screenshot with a shape targeted in the layers panel, and the properties panel showing?

By folders, do you mean layers?

It seems that this is the default preview for the paths: do you want to create shapes, with an outline and fill?

there is an "shape" button in the option bar to convert a path to a shape where you can adjust the fill, outline, etc.
