See the message I receeve when I connect Photoshop

When I try to utilise Photoshop, I recieeve this message

The message is saying that your system is not suitable for the current Photoshop version.  Have you been able to run any other version of Photoshop on this computer?

The best thing for you to do is tell us exactly what hardware you are using?  

What operating system and version?  

I suspect that Michelle has guessed right, and that your system does not meet minimum spec to run Photoshop.
