Hello. I am an Adobe customer. I am using the photographer plan. Monthly payment. I pay US$9.99/month. Now I want to change my payment plan to yearly. To Save up to 33% on your next 12 months.
But when I click the "Update Subscription" button, the system gives an error - "Error: Plan not available
Unable to continue with this plan. Please choose another plan or if you believe you have received this message in error, please contact customer support."
Please help.

@mikaels71195823 Hi there,

If your Photography plan (20GB) is currently on an annual plan, paid monthly, you can switch your billing to annual plan,  prepaid, by visiting your Adobe Account page and following these steps: Select the Manage Plan button, then the Update Subscription button. Follow the next steps to complete your request. You can also do so by contacting Adobe’s Customer Support. By doing this your plan price will remain same to $9.99/Monthly.

For more info, check out the following FAQ: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/ccpp-20gb.html

Hope it helps!

Thanks,

Hello,

I've noticed this month my monthly generative credits are down from 250 credits to only 100 credits, which is not fair in my opinion, I am a subscriber to the photography 20gb cloud plan since 4 years and I pay 120usd yearly which is only now 100 generative credits and the Photography 1TB with 500 generative credits and the price is 240usd yearly,

Photography plan 20gb : 100 generative credits 120 usd
Photography plan 1tb : 500 generative credits 240 usd

I suggest bringning back the 250 generative credits to the 20gb cloud plan it will be more fair and it will match the price difference,

If anyone has the same suggest or concern please comment below,

Also is there an email where I can send this suggetion to adobe ?

Thanks.

I just tried to renew my Photography plan for a year pain all at once.   It said 'if you do this will be $117....'  (maybe 119) but when I do it, it says $127...        Why and what's right?   (Current paid monthly plan was supposed to end today.)
