P: Photoshop 22.3.1 freezes when using the Crop Tool

Can not crop an image in PS 2021. Whole program freezes.

I reset my preferences. Now it will take an half an hour to manually get them all back.

Doesn't really tell me why it happened. All I know is I reset all the prefs and it works now. Thanks.

Lates version is working without issue!

If you press the crop tool button, rotate it a little bit, it won't freeze and you can crop normally.

If you don't rotate and the first thing you do is select one of the sides or corners it will freeze.

Using version 23.0.1. Just started having this problem after latest update. I have already turned off  Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor. I don't think version 22.4 fixed this bug, at least not for all users.
