Tried every trick… Reset and so on

same fail

    Hi there,

     

    Could you please open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and click on the "Check for Updates" option on the top right corner. You should see the Photoshop 22.4 update, go ahead install it. 

     

    Let us know if see any error message.

    Hello, same for me, same 403 error Photoshop 22.4 doesn't work for me too, Adobe, any response ?

    very morning updating to 22.5 Prerelease was OK with English as language.

    Also update work for 22.4 with French canadian

    But with FR_FR the issue remains the same

      La mise à jour 22.4 de Photoshop est disponible, mais impossible de faire la mise à jour ! J'ai un message d'erreur systématiquement à chaque essai. Quelqu'un sait pourquoi et comment régler le problème ?

      Je voulais mettre Photoshop vers la nouvelle version mais sa mais en message d'erreur code 403 échec de la mise a jour.

      Si vous avez des info à me donnée je suis preneur

        I have the same problem, I use the french/french version. Not possible to update, it fails all the time...

        Impossible de mettre à jour Photoshop 22.4 sous Mac version 11.3.1. Que faire ?

          Faut aller sur le lien 2 postes au dessus et indique là son problème

          Can I suggest that you all add to that thread, the feedback forum is monitored by Adobe engineers and the more people that report the issue the better chance you have of getting it fixed

          The Adobe community forum is a user to user forum answered by volunteers

            That may be the case but this forum is not monitored by Adobe engineers, so the best course of action is to report it on the feedback forum and add to the thread using the link I posted

            Bonjour,

            Pareil pour moi, exactement le même problème.

            Je pense qu'ils sont bien embêté chez Adobe, mais ça serait bien qu'ils répondent.

              Same here. In France too. Error 403. Are you going to take care of this ? Do you ever answer your clients ? Already lots of problems and no answer.

                J'ai exactement le même problème sur mon MacBook Pro 15" (2017) tournant sou OSX 11.3.1 et cela dure depuis plusieurs jours…
                Aucun message d'erreur si ce n'est que la mise à jour a échoué
