Hello. This message starts to pop up now with using GenAI tool (Photoshop beta and 26.7.0, both version)
"You don't have enough credits for this generative action. Upgrade your Firefly plan now to get more credits for continued access or wait until your monthly reset."
I have the annual subscription (renewed several days ago) and 250 credits included into this plan.
Usually when all credits are gone, GenAI just continue to work slower, but there wasn't any block to use this tool.
Are there any new rules/tariff changes for using this tool?
Hey @oksikemp,
It seems you have reached your monthly limit. You can either wait until your generative credit limit resets next month or purchase additional generative credits through the Firefly add-on plans. These plans have a month-to-month option that can be cancelled after a month without penalty if needed. Read more about changes to our plans here: https://adobe.ly/4jXoINs

Please do the same. Some of your posts further up this thread contain personal attacks on other forum members and your speculation, on what Adobe will do with other functions presented as fact. Debate and a wide range of views are welcomed here, but please stick to the forum rules and your own advice.

I've been using Generative Fill on a daily basis. I've had so much trouble with it. My complaints have been documented when I took the time to give you feedback, when things would go obviously wrong. I cannot tell you how many extra hours this BETA. has caused me in my workflow. I persevered, though, so that, as Photoshop says, every GF I perform helps the generative features get faster, better, more accurate. After all of the time I put up with it and stayed with it for the greater good, NOW you want to charge me much more money, on top of it all. This as adding insult to injury. I cannot use the generative features unless I buy more. Give me a break, Adobe. This is a terrible way to treat a customer. By your own admissions, this aspect of the application is a work in progress.
I posted many responses when I received the "error" message, but I gave up after a month or so of getting that generic, "we can't perforn your request. Read the guidelines". I would post complaints and suggestions, but I got the feeling no one there was reading them. So on top of it all, you decide to charge a me even more money to use these features to help them to improve.
I will not start a discussion right nnow regarding the hundreds, maybe thousands of times, the fill would screw up , often refusing to fill the exact same command in the same photo. Sometimes it works, and the going against all logic, it with then refuse. It really is about 50/50 that it will complete the same or similar fill under the same circumstance. Please don't tell me that now I must pay more to use this "work in progress".

I totally get where you’re coming from. After putting in so much time helping improve the feature and dealing with all the bugs, it’s frustrating to suddenly be asked to pay more, especially when the tool still feels inconsistent. It would’ve been nice to see some acknowledgment for early users who stuck with it through all the issues

@henrisKas Which subscription do you have? Check your account how much credits do you have and how much do you have used. Using Generative Fill wasn't for free in the past.

Going from giving 250 monthly credits to only 25, and also raising the price, is a disgrace. It's that simple.
On top of that, the latest features introduced in the Beta version, which are still in development and whose results have limitations in size, resolution, etc. (hence why they're not in the stable version), also consume credits.
It's all a disgrace, and I'm not surprised that many users switch to software from other companies, since you don't care about your users' loyalty. All you care about is money.

The big problem is that you at Adobe are addicted to monthly payments. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL CREDITS in an annual or monthly plan? GO TO HELL!
