padding in a jpeg

I made some jpegs for a client to be posted on Amazon. They were rejected for hiis reason;

Catalog listing — Graphic assets — Padded images: We’re unable to publish your title because one or more of the graphic assets submitted has been padded in order to meet the aspect ratio requirements. Please provide artwork which hasn't been padded and then resubmit the title.

I checked the jpegs which were buiilt to the sizes they requested and there were no empty pixels at the edges which is what I had thought they meant but that was not correct. I don't know what else to do.

    in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    What is the image height & width in pixels?  In Photoshop, go to Image > Image Size for details.

    Is the image borderless and does it fill the frame?

    What did the image specifications call for?

    I found this about padding on Amazon:

      Avoid using borders or multiple images (particularly stills resulting in odd empty spaces). Avoid using letterboxing or pillar-boxing to fit images to spec, and don't place one key art asset into the frame of another key art asset.

    Examples of padded stretched or narrowed images

    The following are examples of what you shouldn't do to images:

    Please contact Amazon if you still have questions about padding.

    If you recognize what you did and don't know how to fix it, post the image and tell us if your are using Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, or another application.

    The origiinal layout (which i no longer have access to) was InDesign. I did these a few years ago and amazon is now having an issue which I don't get. I probably exported a pdf from InD and then resaved as a jpeg in Photoshop. I have 8 in total that they have now rejected. I'll attach a few here. Thank you for the help!

    Compare your artwork with Amazon's Technical Requirements:
