I disconnected Adobe about 4 months ago then paid to start it again last month 9.99 but the apps say I need to buy

I disconnected Adobe about 4 months ago then paid to start it again last month 9.99 but the apps say I need to buy

 

What does "disconnected" mean? Did you cancel and and pay a termination fee? Did you stop paying at the end of your annual contract? Did you start a new subscription and cancelling the old one? "Disconnecting" does not absolve you of your annual contract and it's not clear what you mean.

 

You might have to contact Adobe Customer Care if you stopped paying for an annual contract.
