Could you please share your system configuration with us? From the Menu bar, go to Help > System Info. You can copy and paste the information in your response.

You can also try these steps and see if they help:

1) Reset Preferences:

• Try resetting your preferences, but make sure to back them up first. You can refer to this article for step-by-step guidance. https://adobe.ly/3F79eIj

2) Reset Workspace:

• Go to Windows > Workspace and try resetting your current workspace or switching to one of the default workspaces (e.g., "Essentials") to see if that makes a difference.

3) Monitor Scaling:

• If your two monitors use different scaling percentages (e.g., one at 100% and another at 150%), this can sometimes confuse applications. Right-click on your desktop and go to Display settings. For each monitor, try setting the "Scale" to the same percentage.

4) Update Graphics Card Drivers:

• Ensure your graphics card drivers (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) are updated to the latest version from the manufacturer's website.

5) Turn Off GPU in Photoshop:

• In the Performance panel, uncheck the box next to Use Graphics Processor in the Graphics Processor Settings section. Click OK, then restart the application for the changes to take effect.
