This is a method to create & place a custom made folder icon. A folder icon was created in the PSD file [file is attached].
This icon is added to Folder Maker [a 3rd party app] to place on a folder. But you can notice left & right side strokes has been cut off & appearing partially. Other icons are not like this. What is the reason for this?
If your exported or saved file does not have any problem then you must look elsewhere to solve mistery. Photoshop is responsible for exported or saved file not what will happen next in third party app. If you are sending PSD to that third party app, try to flatten file or save/export as TIFF or some other file format.

Thanks for the information. TIFF file format does not work. Is there any reason when selecting a file format or just trying?

What is the reason you mention TIFF file format? If I know, I can try other file format. I solved this problem by reducing the size of the stroke. Before it was 55 now it is 22.

The only reason is because third party app may have problem with PSD file format to properly read and interpret it, thats why I suggested to try flatening file or some other file format. If problem was total lenght of icon or proportion then you have no reason to experiment with other file formats.
