Solution was to go to my Illustrator Vector. File > Save As > psd (that's a photoshop file). 300dpi. Supersampling. Save.
Then open up the latter saved file (it will be a psd file) in Photoshop. Whola! Perfect!

I also have to triple the canvas size in photoshop. For example, if my canvas in Illustrator is 320 by 820. Then I need to make a new canvas in Photoshop of 3 x them at 300dpi. Then when I past from Illustrator to Paint it will appear good enough quality.

Small correction: You cannot Save As PSD from Illustrator. But if you choose File > Export > Export As, you get more file format choices, including PSD.Screenshot 2024-05-02 at 10.04.57 AM.png
