Path to Selection/ Lasso tool Problem, blurry distorted edges

Ok so when i make a selection with pen tool or lasso tools all my selections come accross really ugly and not clean, its not the document size, because when i make a selection with the rectangular marquee tool they come off perfect and clean, what am i doing wrong?

This seems to look correct as your image is at 200% and just a 72ppi, which means you will see the aliasing. When you create a Path via the Pen Tool (not a selection, but a vector Path), how does it look?

Instead when you draw diagonal lines the pixels became visible. Please keep antialias selected and check the resolution of the document.
