Where can I find free pattern overlays? I need to make a backgroud have a cardboard packaging appearance. The Photoshop CC subscription I have doesn't include much for pattern overlays.

I think I found a pattern overlay that will work for my project. Do I need to have a specific file extension name for the pattern? When I attempt to import the file called cardboard.jpg it's greyed out and not an opiton to import. Please advise
