Pattern preview problem

Hello,

I'm using pattern preview a lot. Exept, it does'nt really work with patterns and clipping mask.

You can see on the snapshot below that my pattern is'nt reppeating correctly to the edge.

Is it normal ? Can I do something about it ?

Pattern Preview appears to be doing what it should. Look at the top right side just outside your content. Pattern Preview is repeating the pixels that are on the inside top left edge of your content. It does the same for the rest of the content.

 

Make sure that the content you want to repeat is included within the rectangle.

 

If your content doesn't repeat, then you could try using the Crop Tool with Content-Aware selected to expand (as opposed to crop) your content and have Photoshop fill in what it understands to be the content. Then crop it down so that it repeats.
