Pattern Preview works incorrectly

Hi. When I work with Pattern Preview, it divides objects to 2 and more pieces, and I can't transform it correctly. It looks like a few elements are on 1 layer. This applies to both simple layers and smart-objects. It is absolutely impossible to work.
