My credit card statement shows payments to Adobe. But Adobe has not acknowledged the payments.

15 Jan 2020; $165.14 for PHSP & Premeire Elements

17 Jan 2020 $110.09 for Photoshop Elements

You purchased Photoshop Elements twice, correct? When you say Adobe hasn’t acknowledged the payments, what are you expecting, and what did you get?

You have not paid for Photoshop, according to your first post. You have only paid for Photoshop Elements. Do you know the difference?

Both PS Element and Premiere Elements are Pay Once products.

Neither of them is on the subscription system.

Also Adobe may not acknowledge your paymant until you Register them after you installl them.

 

But you can look in your Order History on the Adobe website once you Sign In with the Adobe ID you used to buy them.

Click on Manage your Account then either View Plan Details or Register a Product and then on the Order History link.
