payment problems with photoshop cc.

I paid photoshop cc on 20th of last month

and maybe this monday? adobe tried to pay for photoshop, and i thought they mistook.(it's because not fulled 30days)

but i was trying to draw just now , they interuped and guided to pay.

it had only been for 2 weeks. isn't that paid every month?

plus.

I'm a university student, and I cerified it.

but why is adobe paid general fee until now?

it's 23,100won now (KR won)  but i heard it can be used for about 18,000won
