PDF has color in preview but Photoshop loads it in Grayscale

I appreciate any help with this. I received a pdf, in the preview all of the elements are colored. Once I loaded it in Photoshop it was set to grayscale. I tried changing the image mode but nothing changed. First time I've experienced this so I'm hoping someone can educate me.

 

I am using the latest version of Adobe Photoshop CC on Windows 10

....And if possible, upload the PDF (zipped) to something like Dropbox so others can see if they can reproduce this issue. 

And as Stephen suggested, be sure how you set this dropdown:

This is exactly the problem. I was trying to change the color mode AFTER it was loaded into photoshop. I didn't realize there was a color mode dropdown in the initial window. Thank you very much!
