Pen Pressure Issue and auto switching brush with pen

Hello,

I am facing a problem that really blocks me from painting.When activating pen pressure ,whether it 

is through windows ink or a file in the photoshop settings folder, my PS automatically switches the brush or some sort as soon as my pen gets near the tablet.With mouse everything works fine but as soon as my tablet es getting recognized i suddenly start erasing or something and also just drastically increases the brush size.I already disabled all the shortcuts that could be causing this, in my drivers (I have an xp-pen artist 22e pro if that is important).Here is an image:

Also when doing this on a layer it erases and i start seeing the underlying layers.
