Bought a Surface Pro 6 half a year ago and had fixed this problem, (I have also fixed this on my Wacoms), but a few months ago the screen cracked from a fall, but I had it replaced with a new SP6 via Geek Squad.
Now I can't get any fix I've found via Google.
The PSUserConfig fix doesn't work, I've tried disabling Windows Ink via CMD Prompt, and downloading Wintab.
The Pen drivers are up to date and I've restarted the the Surface several times now.
Pen Pressure works in the Windows Ink Whiteboard and in Adobe Fresco, so I know it's just Photoshop at this point.
I've got the Exclamation point in a triangle symbol next to anything related to Pen Pressure.

As I stated, I have already tried that.
Also, I've noticed this link many times being given to everyone from Surface Pro 2 to 7, but it is a Surface Pro 4 version of Wintab, does this work with everything? I've downloaded it and everything, nothing.

The surface Pen Device driver uses Windows Ink Api you would need to install Microsoft optional wintab device driver to use WinTab Api. Wacom Bambo Ink Pen also uses Windows Ink Api and Wacom Intuos Tablets also use Window Ink Api by default they can be configured not to use Windows Ink in which case WinTab api will be used. If you want to use both your Surface Pen and your Wacom Pen with Photoshop it best not to configure Photoshop via PSUserConfig.txt not to use windows INK. You should use Windows INK with your Devices and with Photoshop.
To use WinTab you need to install Microsoft Optional wintab Device Driver and configure you Wacom device driver not to use Windows ink and configure CC Photoshop versions not to use windows INK. The Problem is most applications these days use Windows INK API for Pen support. The only application you may be able to use your pens with might be Photoshop.
To use yoy Wacom Pen well with Photoshop diasnle double click distance ine you wacom settings and disable Window Pen and Touch Press and Hold Right Click

No offence but...SURFACE PRO 6
Not a Wacom, my Wacoms are fine and the PSUserConfig and disabling Windows Ink has always worked on them.
I really need help with a Surface Pro 6, which does not use Wacom drivers for its screen/pen.
Thank-you.

Why do you want to use wintab API with you surface Pen. If you have Photoshop CC. I could see using WinTab API if you also have CS version of Photoshop installed. For they do not have support for Windows INK. Old version of Photoshop only have Wintab Pen API they were developed before Windows had Windows INK. Just don't add the PSUserConfig.txt file on your surface machine.

I unfortunately don't know everything about computers and Photoshop.
What advice would you give to someone in my situation as it is stated, rather than copy paste a response you give everyone?
It's plainly obvious that my machine is not a Wacom, but you still responded with a Wacom issue.
I have mearly tried every solution I could find on the internet, hoping it would help, all because Photoshop pen pressure did not work in the first place.
