Question

Pen Pressure Not Working?

I own an XP Pro 16 tablet, which, until recently, was working just fine.
Now, no matter what I do to photoshop, it is absolutely refusing to switch on. I've checked all the settings, pressed the buttons on the top row, and am using a pen pressure supported brush. It works everywhere else just fine, but photoshop refuses to recognise it as a tablet and pen for some reason. Any advice?

Has anything new been installed lately like applications and updates to systen and applictions or configuration changes?  Have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences and all Photoshop tools.

Hi eloisem63701874,

Sorry that Photoshop is not recognizing the XP Pro 16 tablet and the pen pressure is not working.

Could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're and the operating system you're working on?

I'd recommend that you take a look at this similar discussion Photoshop CC 2017 Pen Pressure  and let us know if that helps?

Thanks,

Akash

Hi Akash! I'm using photoshop CC 2018 and windows 10! I've attempted a lot of the solutions on the different forum threads about this issue and none have worked for me so far.
