Pen tool in Photoshop problem

Hi ! I dont understand what I am doing wrong .. I have used the pentool before .. but now its behaving strange .. Perhaps  some settings is wrong ?? the the mold tool ( dont know if the name is right ) works fine ... But the Pen tool when I am suppose  to fill a shape , the color dont gets inside the shape I have done , but outside instead ... What ???

What was the issue? (I was still trying to figure out what the words on the screen shot might be saying!)

Maybe some google translate ... Thats is what I am using everyday to be able to speak with english people .. ha ha
