Hi,

You can fill the path, as well as define the stroke settings in the "path" panel. (Window ->Path)

Right click on the path layer (or on the path itself ) will open a menu, where you can set the fill and stroke settings.

Choose Window and confirm that, down at then bottom of the list,  Options is checked.

Then check to be sure Shape in the Options bar is chosen

Olga is correct--the stroke and fill options can be found when you right click on the Path layer, and you can also choose them from the dropdown menu at the top of the panel.

I just want to add one other cool feature—the dialog box that appears when you select stroke gives you the option of choosing from any of your drawing tools. Setting the color and line weight of the tool you want to use before you access the stroke gives you greater control over your line.
