Pen Tools draws two lines since updating.

Hi, not sure if this is some new feature or a bug, but it's very confusing. When I us the pen tool to create a path two lines are appearing, almost like it's in shape mode, but the second line doesn't effect the output it just makes it really hard to tell what I'm doing. 

It seems like it's trying to be a guide showing a smooth curved path to the next point drawn which doesn't move after the initial click, but it's just in the way and I can't figure out how to disable it.

Any one else having this issue?

I've included a picture and drawn marks on the extra lines. 

Even weirder they seem to disappear if I scroll the window.

Sounds like it could be a GPU issue. You may need to update your Graphics processor or turn the checkmark on or off.
