I see your screen shots, but is there a problem or question you have about the pen tool?

Yes, I can't work with a pen, pull the dots
the window is not active
the path is reflected not blue but black, the reference points do not appear
Are you trying to adjust the anchor points or direction lines? Either way, are you using the Direct Selection tool in the Toolbar? It's between your Pen tool and Hand tool in your first screen shot.

I can't go back to the previous point. I can't make an acute angle. I can't edit the path.
What are the steps you are using that aren't working?
I can't grab the dots
when I try to edit them, new ones are created
