persona workspace is deleted after update

Hey, i´ve updated photoshop yesterday, as i always do when there is an update...
when i opened it up again today all my personal workspace, colors on the menu on the top of my screen, personal shortcuts, my personalized toolbar, actions, so basicly everything i´ve ever customized (wich was about a day of work) disappeared. this sucks as i need it for professional work and don´t have the time to customize everything again...
how is that possible and is there a way to recover my workspace (it is no longer on my computer for some reason?
anyone with an idea or the same problem?
