Yeah. That card has been disabled. Not supported in the current version of Photoshop.

Atráves do link que você me enviou, pude notar que o Photoshop requer pelo menos 512 MB de memória RAM de vídeo (VRAM) para executar o recurso de dobra de perspectiva em documentos de 16 bits e 32 bits.

Mas eu estou trabalhando com arquivos em 8 bits.

 Meu notbook conforme anexo, mostra 32 MB memoria de video e  quando entro nas preferências do photoshop e vou em desempenho ele não reconhece a placa de video integrada.

Well the advanced setting are not available anymore, and the GPU requirements are higher now...

could you post the contents of help/system info to see if your system meets the requirements ?

Can you show you whole workspace? Need to see what layer/layers are selected and the state of the document.
