Perspective Warp grayed out in Photoshop

I run Photoshop CC 19.1.6 and noticed that the Perspective Warp option is grayed out. Changing the Mode is not fixing it. I have an Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti with up to date drivers, though when I go to Preferences>Performance, Graphics Processor Settings is also grayed out with the description reading, "Photoshop detected an error in your display driver. Update or reinstall the driver and check the Use Graphics Processor to retry."  I'm not sure what else it could be beside my Graphics Card not being supported, though from what I can tell it should still be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to NVIDEA and update your graphics driver. IT IS NOT UP TO DATE even when the OS tells you such.

Thank you for the reply. I had already updated the driver and I do have the most recent driver.
