Perspective warp in Photoshop

Hi my name is Malcolm and I am having problems with the perspective warp tool in photoshop, it used to work fine but just lately it doesn't work at all, I have discovered that it is because photoshop doesn't recognise any GPU on my laptop as shown in the screen shots attached, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
