I have a truck graphic and a logo and I want to use Perspective Warp on the logo to place it on the side of the truck.

I open Perspective Warp PW and draw the grid around the logo. From the top toolbar, I select Warp and then move the corners of the PW logo to where I want them. Once I am happy, I select the check mark to commit the PW layer and when I do, the PW disappears and I am left with the logo but no longer with Perspective. What part of the PW process am I missing? Windows and PS 23.2.2
