Photo editing help

Hello amazing community,

I am in need of advice and help. 

I am working on a photo and I need help with the editing. As you will see, the exposure was very high, and therefore there are areas where the brightness is too strong. I am pleased with the results I got so far. I already worked around the Level Curves, Brightness and so on, but the areas where light is too strong, never get better. How can I improve this picture? Any ideas?
