Hello

I am printing  using HP Photosmart B8550

Attached are two photos. The first photo is what I bring up in Photoshop. I then print. Even if I change the color profile in printer>color management (using rgb profiles) the printed photos all are orange tinted. How do I get the printer to print what I see in Photoshop View? babakids-kidsbaba.jpgbabakid-orange copy.jpg

Thanks

Hi

Really we'd need to know what specific paper you are using, what inks, what ICC profile and what color management option in the Photoshop print process.

However, here's an idea [for HP paper]:

Try converting your image file to sRGB and selecting "printer color management" when printing - then in the HP software driver that opens - be sure to choose the correct media.

On most HP printers that works quite well on HP listed paper.

Third party papers [not listed in the HP driver] require specific printer/ paper ICC profiles - sometimes you can get acceptable ones from a paper manufacturer - if you do that be sure to follow their instructions and hope they included advice on media type to choose, because in the driver "media" selection must be correct for the profile to work.

With a downloaded ICC profile you'll be choosing "Photoshop manages color"

I hope this helps

if so, please "like" my reply and if you're OK now, please mark it as "correct", so that others who have similar issues can see the solution

thanks
