Photo Restoration Disabled Due to error

Reposting for visability as there's been no response from Adobe about this.

This has been ongoing since August of 2022. When can we expect a fix?

-Tried multiple layers / photos to apply filter to

-Reinstalled PS

-Reinstalled Neural Filters

-Renamed the Neural Filters folder in %AppData%/Adobe/... so a new one is generated

-Rebooted between each step

-Does not work on either Win11 or MacOS Ventura 13.2.1

-Other Neural Filters occasionally fail as well (JPEG, Depth Blur, SuperZoom)

Can you at least be a little more transparent as to if this is actually being worked on? Even an update that says "yes, we are aware and working". I dislike that multiple people are being ghosted by support staff.

I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please shares the system info of Photoshop from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload to Creative Cloud files (https://assets.adobe.com/files) and share it with us.

The Photo Restoration neural filter is in beta, so your feedback is well-heard.

Try these things & let me know the outcomes:

• Try with a different set of images that has an identifiable face.
• Try Photoshop Beta from the Creative Cloud desktop app - the Neural filter models will be downloaded separately.
