Photo restoration [Neural Filter]

I use Photoshop 23.4.1.Obviously not installed and I do not see the new neural filter "Photo Restoration". I wonder why? Do I have to do something? When will I see it in the filters? Thank you....

It hasn't been released. Adobe says it is "coming soon".

On the beta version for the Restore Photo neural filter, is it possible to restore photos in bulk?

Although I can see the filter as a beta filter it is not working, do I need to change something in preferences, or is it just too bad and I have to wate for it to come of beta mode like adobe said. The reason I am asking is because adobe techs have been wrong before and I got the right answer to my question on this community.
