Photo Shop running very slow.

When I open an image in Camera Raw, everything works fine, but when I go on to open, to edit the image, it can often take as much as 10 minutes or more to complete each click of a button.  I updated PS about 3 weeks ago.

Is anyone else having this type of issue?

Should I uninstall the whole thing and start again?

Same issue with photoshop 26.0

Hi there,

 

We're sorry for the trouble. Are you opening image from Adobe Bridge > Camera Raw or from Photoshop > Camera Raw? Are you doing the edits in. Camera Raw or in Photoshop? Please make sure that your machine meets the minimum system requirements to run Photoshop. If you are using the right machine then I would recommend you to uninstall Photoshop and remove it's preference while uninstalling the app. Once it is done, restart your machine and reinstall it from the Creative Cloud Desktop app and try using it.
