Photomerge layers in a photoshop file how ?

Hi,

CS6

I have a file with layers that need photomerging together.

In Photomerge I can't see a way of telling Pshop to use the layers.

I am CS6

How is this done ?

Have you tried selecting the layers then going to Edit>Auto - Align Layers?

all these years of fiddling about aligning and nudging, and could have done that.
