Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop since the update. Have you tried to unpin the icon on the taskbar and pin it back to check if it helps?

You can also check the display scaling of your computers display. Try changing it to 125% and check if the issue persists. You can do that by going to the display settings for your computer. Also, please check Windows build version you are running. You can check that by clicking on the start menu, then typing WINVER and hitting enter.

Regards,

Nikunj

Hello,

we have the same problem. The Photoshop icon is not displayed correctly on all of our computers.

We use windows 10 V1909.
Regardless of whether we create a new link from the Photoshop program directory, the icon remains broken. In addition, it is a pity that the icons are now barely distinguishable in color. We want the old icons back. 😉

Best regards

Sven.

Hello,

I did a little research. The icon cache can be deleted in Windows with the help of a batch file. If the cache is deleted, the icon is displayed correctly.

Best regards

Sven.
