Every time I start up Ps it will hide all the toolbars, layer panels and so on. Yes, I know how to get them back, but I don't want to have to open them up every single time I do something. CS6 never had this problem. Please help

Checking tools under Windows only provides temporary fix for that session. As soon as I turn off and on again the toolbars disappear

Please update Photoshop to CC 2018 version via Creative Cloud desktop app and check if that helps.

    Hi dangn,

We're really sorry for all the hassle. You may try resetting the Photoshop preferences back to defaults and let us know if that helps.

Here's the link: Preferences in Photoshop

    Thanks,

Oh wait, it's the same again after closing Photoshop and opening again. It shows nothing but the Libraries panel.

Could you please update Photoshop to CC 2018 version and check if that helps.

Also, you can put a check mark for tools you needed under the Photoshop > Windows menu
