Photoshop 2017 Stopped Working

I'm running Win 10 on both desktop and laptop. Ps 2017 downloaded OK on the laptop but not on the desktop. The download cleared 2015.5 so now I can't use any version of Ps. on my desktop which I use 95% of the time, 5% on laptop. It's clear there is a problem with the download and is in need of a rapid fix.  I'm paying for this service so come on Adobe it's time to pull your finger out and get this fixed. How about coming on here and acknowledge there is a problem and you are working on it.

Hi Thanks for your prompt replies. I located a post in German on an Adobe

forum which referred to renaming a file LaversoftTcpService64dll to

oldLaversoftTcpService64dll I did this and it appears to have worked. The

file was located C:\window\system32\

Thanks for replying promptly

If you received a message Photoshop stopped working there should be a crash report for that Photoshop stopped working event. Post it.

Why not just use the Windows Reliability History Viewer.  Look at the Photoshop crashes details and post them here.  All you  are doing here is telling us you Photoshop don't run there is an error.   Please show us the error.
