Photoshop 2018 looking for networked computer

Photoshop 2018 looking for networked computer. I have to ok this window 3 or 4 times before Ps 2018 will even launch, and only then it only launched after I repaired the CC app. What's going on here? This computer died a long time ago and Ps 2017 never asked to see its papers.

On an unrelated note, where the heck are my Workspaces??

    So Hello Adobe?? How come I can't chat with someone about this? No option to chat only getting directed to the forums and then I get ignored. Its no wonder you have such long wait times on the phone and chat. More disappointed every day.
