Photoshop 2019 CC black screen problem

Hey, Im using Photoshop 2019 CC on Mac M1 Chip Big Sur op.
I've experienced very common issue of black boxes hiding my text (I've added some examples)

The things I've done to solve it:
Preferences > Preformence > Disable "use graphic" & enabling to basic,normall

Preferences > Preformence > cache levels from 1 - 4
Preferences > Technology previews > enable preserve details 2.0 upscale
deleting Preferences folder of PS 2019 CC

and still nothing helps

NOTE: when I'm trying to do the same function on new PSD file I can see the image and the changes of the current project but not the text

2019 is not compatible on M1. Update to Photoshop 2022 (v23.0.1).
