Photoshop 2020 - ペンツールでパスを描いているとフリーズします - on Mac

Question

Photoshop 2020を使用しています。ペンツールでパスを描いているとフリーズします（パスが選択出来ない状態、画面のズームの拡大縮小が出来ない状態）。画像を一度閉じて、再度開くと、フリーズ状態は解消されます。
良い解決法はないでしょうか？

回答していただき、ありがとうございます。使用しているのは、MacOS Mojava 10.14.6Photoshop 2020 21.1.2です。 アドバイスに従い「グラフィックプロセッサーを使用」を解除したら、フリーズしなくなりました。グラフィックプロセッサーを使用しないと、画面が見づらいのが難点ですが、仕方がないようですね！素早ご回答に感謝します。ありがとうございます。

Hi there,

We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop on your Mac while using the Pen tool. Would you mind sharing the exact version of Photoshop you are using along with the macOS version of your computer? You can check both by going to the Help menu in Photoshop, then System info.

You can go to the Preferences for Photoshop, then Performance and uncheck the option to Use Graphics Processor. Once done, quit and relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps. You can also try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://adobe.ly/2Qzc0K3
