Uso la nueva version de MacOS Catalina 10.15.6 y la nueva version de photoshop 2020. Abro la aplicacion y cuando intento abrir un archivo se cierra. ayuda por favor, gracias.

Sorry that Photoshop 2020 closes unexpectedly on your computer running macOS Catalina.

Does the app crashes if you create a new file from the File> New menu? 

Also, does the app crashes while opening a specific file or file format? Also, have you tried opening a different file from a different location?

Gracias por responder, se cierra con solo presionar la opcion "abrir" o "crear nuevo". Si abro el archivo desde finder, cualquier archivo ya sea jpeg, png, psd, pdf, lo logra abrir, pero cuando quiero guardar o exportar se vuelve a cerrar. Acabo de actualizar la nueva version de photoshop y persiste el problema. Ayuda por favor. Gracias.
