Hello,

since two days now my Photoshop does not work, it launches, goes past the 2020 launch graphic and then the window remains gray and unresponsive.

I restarted my computer, reinstalled Photoshop, deleted saved Preferences and still nothing changes.

Could you please do something? It just stopped functioning out of the blue, I did not delete nor change anything. My machine is MacBook Pro 2014 (Catalina OS).

I have already lost hours of work and this is quite annoying, considering Adobe prices have increased.

Hi there,

Sorry to learn about the poor performance of Photoshop, as you've already tried multiple troubleshooting steps would you mind telling us the exact version of Photoshop and macOS Catalina you're on?

Also, could you please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

Regards,
Sahil

Hello,

I did deselect the Graphics Processor and I did reset the Preferences and move the UXP to the Desktop.

Nothing seems to work.

The exact MacOS Catalina version is : 10.15.4 (more info i send via screenshot),
