My Photoshop 2020 was non-responsive on my Mac Pro 2010. Even after Disk Utility, zapping the PRAM, and unplugging the unit while pressing the Power Key. I then unistalled PS thinking a fresh re-install would make things right. PS 2020 no longer appears on Creative Cloud.
Is there a legit source for an install .dmg for PS 2020 out there somewhere? I'm shooting blanks.
Hey @Armadillo77 I heard back and unfortunately its not good news. As of May 2023, Adobe stopped offering CC installers from 2020, 2021. You can still download 2019 from ProDesignTools as you noted, and CC 2022/2023 but there is now a gap where the installer is no longer available. Be careful - scammers will offer installers with malware. PDT is a legit site.

Hi @Armadillo77 the ONLY way is to contact Adobe Customer Care. They can supply you with a legit dmg file for CC2020. DO NOT accept files from other sources.
Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log into the site. Click the chat pod on the bottom right and type AGENT to get a real person who can help. Be patient 1:1 customer care puts you in a queue. Explain your hardware limitations and they should be able to help.

I contacted them. They gave me a site to visit: ProDesignTools (https://tinyurl.com/y9a5ctrs). That site's link sends me back to Adobe. Adobe didn't have (or didn't offer) a .DMG file. This basically puts me out of business.
I also downloaded PS 2019 and it would load.

They should know CC2020+ requires a download from Adobe not ProDesign tools. Sounds like you got someone who didnt understand. I would contact them again and explain.

I just spoke with someone at Adobe who said sorry, EOL, not supported - no more files. I asked for a supervisor and they said sorry as well. Software is 3 years old!!

Hi @Armadillo77 thanks for your patience and trying again. I've contacted someone from Adobe to see what they can do. That's not what we've been told in the past and others have had success with support supplying older installs if a user's system cannot support newer versions. I'll update you as we find out more.
