Photoshop 2020 learn tooltip not showing expanded details so we can read the content

How do I get Balloon bigger so that I can read all the instructions in PS learn? Or make the font smaller?

Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch. The Photoshop learn balloon you're referring to is scaled to your screen based on the area left and the screen resolution. 

If you're clicking a specific learn balloon near the top or bottom of the screen, it will not show you the expanded version. The best way is to set a compatible screen resolution on your display.

Thanks for the answer.

I played around with my screen resolution and can read in balloon now.

My screen resolution is reduced but it works and I can read balloon text.
