Photoshop 2020 MAC to Photoshop 2022 windows

Hey, 

I am working with the same file in windows and in Mac, when working in windows and saving as .psd I open on Mac and all the layer are there, but when I save in Mac in .psd format and open the file in windows there is no layers. Is the same with Tiff. 

Does someone knows what is the problem?

Are you saving the file with layers or flattening it? PSD files are cross-platform so layers are supported both directions.

This is how I save it, I believe I have tried as a copy as well...
