Photoshop 2020 stürzt mit bluescreen ab - Windows 10

New Here ,
May 04, 2020 May 04, 2020

Danke !

Hi there,

We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you are using? Please ensure you have the latest drivers for your Graphics cards installed from the manufaturers website.

You can also try the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-fonts-photoshop.html

Regards,

Nikunj

Sorry that the issue persists! Have you tried the troubleshooting steps for fonts suggested in the link shared earlier to check if that helps?

Pleasse create a new user account on the computer using the steps mentioned here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026923/windows-10-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-acc...

Test Photoshop in the new administrative user account and let us know if it helps.
