Photoshop 2020 starts slowly

Photoshop 2020 starts in among 15-20 minutes

what can I do to accelerate it?

15-20 minutes??!! What are the specs for your computer? How long did 2019 take to open?

About 1 minute or less. that's the strange thing

I have a mac with macOS 10.14.6

My specs are same as yours... doesn't take that long. I would unistall and reinstall. I would say reset prefs, but it has to start up to do that.

It's a good idea but I don't know how to di it.

Use your Creative Cloud app. You can uninstall from there, then it will say install. In Creative cloud, you will see PS, it will say open. to the right is a ..., click and you will see uninstall.

Hello! I tried but nothing changes. It's also impossible to contact chat support: they don't answer to my question from 5 days. Probably they are all dead. Have you seen any zombie with an Adobe t-shirt?? 😂😂

Hi Gianluigi53,

Have you tried rebooting your machine?  They're might be some app or process impeding from Ps 2020 booting up quickly.
