Photoshop 2020 v21.0.3 has been freezed yet.

Sorry Adobe guys but Ps2020 is absolutely awful. It's still no professional soft. Guys!!! v21.0.3!!! Your freezes couse the reason of death for many commercial PSB files. Sometimes it happens with both machines which have diffrent macOS at one moment. Today it happened 3 times. There were 2 files are gone.

You have a classic issue in that system info. Photoshop is mot seeing an OpenGL GPU but is seeing two OpenCL GPUs - an AMD and an Intel. The newer versions of Photoshop put more load on the GPU and running multiple GPUs with conflicting drivers is a know problem for Photoshop. See section 7 & 8 here:

You can rant , or give some information that might help other users help you.

a. Are you using network drives or local drives (as recommended by Adobe)?

b. Do you get a message when it freezes ?

c. Have you reset preferences? The preference files conatin a lot more than the user set preferences. They are saved each time Photoshop closes and if they become corrupt then strange behaviour/crashes can follow.

d. Have you reported your issues to Adobe. This is a community forum where questions are answered by volunteer users. We do not work for Adobe. You can raise bug reports/feature requests at the link below , where they will be seen by Adobe staff.

I understand it. Just I couldn't guys who think that adobe ps is on the first place and everything should be ready to work correctly with it.

after the first freez on Catalina I read that but the first time was on Mojave while I hadn't had MacBook Pro 16 with Catalina MacOS

Must I do something for fixing? I'm a user. I pay and It's enough. I wanna get the software which can be used for commercial retouching. It's an absolutely wrong way to cancel and to delete actions, brushes etc.

After the release I have been working on PS 2019. It's only one solution gives a possibility to get correctly working PS and recovering. Unfortunately we haven't got the solution by Adobe yet. And update with v21.0.3 hasn't helped. Freezes are possible on Mojave macOS and Catalina Mac OS. Yesterday it happened at one moment with PS2020 on 2 machines like MacBook Pro 16 and iMac 5k.

Resetting Preferences can fix problems you are having with Photoshop. C_P did not say to delete actions, brushes, etc. He said to back them up first so they can be loaded back in. It's always a good idea to do that when your system is working, btw, or you risk actually losing them.

We are users, too. Please let us know if this fixes it.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
